Job Description

We are a growing Construction Company looking to bring on an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. We work on commercial builds, specific to the masonry space. Requirements: ~1+ years of Project Manager experience ~1+ years of commercial experience ~ Previous masonry experience Responsibilities: Manages all day to day aspects of projects Meets project control financial standards by developing and meeting the budget: controlling project expense by categorizing and analyzing expenditures; comparing expenses to project budget; reviewing purchases; evaluating cost trends; recommending adjustments and corrections. Locates, selects and qualifies sub-contractors by developing and evaluating bids and performing buy outs. Manages sub-contractors; obtaining and maintaining sub-contractor documentation; coordinates between trades and ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedules
