Job Description

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven Assistant Studio Manager on a full-time basis. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the studio's community presence and operations. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager and Studio Manager and be a key player in the studio's daily activities and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure top-tier customer service and accountability within the studio team.
  • Track and manage membership sales and ensure that net membership sales exceed net cancellations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Organize in-studio and external tabling events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute member-exclusive events to enhance retention and build a strong community.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital signage, and communication to maintain an active and engaging online presence and inform members about upcoming events and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Achieve a sales conversion rate above 30%.
  • Generate a specified number of first-timer leads per month.
  • Minimum of 35 operational hours in the studio per week, with an additional 5 hours weekly for administrative and outreach tasks.
  • No overdue tasks in the studio's management system.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $55,000, with potential bonuses based on studio performance that could total between $15,000 and $24,000.
  • Eligibility for direct sales commissions and revenue targets.
  • Health insurance with 60% of the premium covered by the company.
  • Accrued paid time off and vacation days.

Performance and Development:

  • Regular performance reviews with the possibility of entering a Performance Improvement Plan if KPIs are not met.
