An occupational health company located in Avondale, AZ is currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Health & Wellness Coach to join their team part-time!Check out the details below:

Title: Bilingual Health & Wellness Coach
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Occupational Health / Corporate Wellness
Locations: Avondale, AZ (onsite)
Schedule: Part-time, 8 hrs per week, alternating Tuesday and Thursdays from 8am-4pm
Pay: Pay up to $30/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Bilingual Health Coach & Wellness Coach provides onsite, comprehensive wellbeing and injury prevention services that engage individual employees and the client’s whole employee populations in positive lifestyle initiatives that improve health and wellbeing, lower chronic disease risk, and reduce healthcare costs for the client. Duties to include but not limited to:

-Health Promotion, Education, and Employee Engagement in Wellbeing and Safety Initiatives
-Whole Population and Individual Health and Wellbeing Coaching
-Whole Population and Individual Injury Prevention and Safety Coaching

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
-Strong background in injury prevention
-2+ years prior experience in health/wellness, fitness, coaching
-1 year prior experience in person-centered fitness, nutrition, or health coaching roles
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP
