We are is currently searching for an outgoing Business Management Consultant to execute hands-on promotions and sales of client services. Responsibilities will include educating and exciting customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available services. This entry-level position will provide full training and help employees become proficient in each available service, qualifying customers to match the best service to their customer needs, demonstrating the user interface for each service, and assisting the customer through the activation process. The Business Management Consultant is a well-rounded combination of promotions, sales, and customer service know-how.

 

Entry Level Business Management Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Position value and create product and brand awareness through marketing techniques
  • Communicate effectively plans, features, products and services to a variety of customers
  • Increase visibility of products and services
  • Create first-rate customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Build productive relationships with customers and clients
  • Represent clients in a professional manner at all times
  • Establishing and managing critical relationships with national customers
  • Developing and managing positive business relationships with management and employees at assigned partner locations
  • Maintaining sound knowledge of client products and services
  • Attending requested training sessions and conference calls
  • Reviewing new product and service offerings from clients

Preferred Business Management Consultant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position
  • Intermediate technology skills with Microsoft Office and general Applications
  • Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales
  • Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to travel is a plus
