Position: Call Center Manager Home Improvements
Required Skills:
• Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections
Experience:
• 5 years of outbound/inbound phone sales/call center management experience
• A proven track record in an outbound phone sales environment is a MUST
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and manage representative to qualify all hot leads and schedule estimate appointments
