Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00/hr (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Ross Twp, North Hills Area):

 

• Tuesday, Thursday (1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
• May also need to assist wife from time to time - tying shoes, transport to doctors appts if daughter cannot, grocery shopping.

Client Diagnosis : Heart Condition - Stents, Chronic Frailty, Hearing/Vision Impairment, Fall Risk, Sleep Apnea, C-pap (at night), Asthma - Inhaler - Breathing Machine, Diabetes - Insulin Shots 

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Cooking and Light Housekeeping
• Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
• Grocery Shopping
• Companionship
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
• Driving to Appointments and Errands
• Walking and Transfer Assistance Medication Reminders
• ADL's
• Ambulation
• Change Depends
• Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle BUT DO NEED a valid driver's license

• At least 1 year experience
• 2 Step TB Test 
• Pass Criminal Background Checks
• Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
• Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)

Benefits and Perks

• Sign on Bonus - $500
• Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
• Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
• Health Insurance: Full time ONLY (ask details)
• Payrate:   Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00/hr BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
