Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the medical device industry, with demonstrated expertise in securing capital funding and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of scaling operations, fostering innovation, and achieving long-term business goals while navigating the regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and align teams toward achieving the company’s mission and objectives. Lead efforts to secure capital funding from venture capital, private equity, and other investors to support the company’s growth initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal management to ensure sustainability and scalability. Drive product innovation in alignment with market needs and emerging technologies in the medical device industry. Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to bring new products to market efficiently and compliantly. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Build and manage a high-performing executive leadership team. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s global footprint. Oversee sales, marketing, and business development efforts to maximize market share and revenue. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in global markets, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. Proven success in fundraising capital and scaling businesses. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Demonstrated ability to secure significant funding from investors and financial institutions. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the medical device development lifecycle, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Established connections with investors, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth. Experience navigating FDA relationships and discussions.
