We are offering a exciting opportunity for you to work in Solenis as a Process Engineer supporting the chemical manufacturing facility (Pulp & Paper industries) in Milwaukee. You will provide technical assistance in process improvements as required to support plant productivity, quality, and EHS initiatives. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide leadership and participation on plant teams to improve productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
• Develop and maintain the capital budget.
• Safe, on-time, on-budget execution of capital and maintenance projects. Responsible for the plant Mechanical Integrity program.
• Provide interface between the plant and central engineering group for large capital projects and product support.
• Support all site team activities to achieve the common goals through active participation.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment. Experiences including troubleshooting and plant maintenance guidance.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Capital project development and management experience required.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite is a minimum. SAP and DCS systems experience is strongly preferred.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) and Responsible Care (RC) experience are highly desirable.

Education:

• BS in Chemical Engineering or other comparable technical discipline, minimum.
