Position Title : Creator Success Intern

Role Type: Internship, 6 months

Hours: 40 hours/week

About the role

The Creator Success Intern for our LTK Concierge program will help the LTK team support influencer activation and growth through the platform. In this role, you will learn what makes a LTK creator and think through business processes and social media success for a creator. In return, you'll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity.

How you will make an impact

• Team members who work on LTK Concierge manage the below for creators on the program:
  • Link management
  • LTK post creation
  • LTK post publishing and scheduling
  • Direct communication with creators
  • Collage creation in Canva
  • Performance data tracking

• Create content for creators' LTK shops
• Post on creators' behalf to their LTK shops
• Create Canva collages for creators' in the program
• Apply LTK best practices to a creators' LTK shop
• Review creators' social media for opportunities to use LTK
• Help manage team resources
• Attend team training sessions and meetings
• Review weekly goals and reports to your manager
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Apply social media theory to practice

• Data Analysis & Reporting

What you will bring to LTK

• The ideal candidate will be highly curious and willing to learn more about social media and influencer marketing. Candidates are also expected to be able to inject subjectivity into their thought process and recognize their own biases.
• Eager to learn & curious
• Canva experience or similar graphic design platforms
• CapCut or video editing services a plus
• Customer service expertise
• Empathetic
• Self-motivated and able to work remote
• A strong sense of responsibility to rewardStyle, the influencers, and your peers
• An understanding of social media practices
• Some familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
• A desire to help out your teammates and learn alongside fantastic people
