As Director of Health Services (DHS) Nurse RN/LPN at Amira Choice Sarasota, Florida you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch nursing leadership, enduring regulatory compliance, and delivering service excellence. This nursing leadership schedule includes:
80 hours every two weeks
Day shift hours, occasional early evenings
One weekend day per month for Manager on Duty
Holidays as needed

$98,738 - $130,353.60 / Annual *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE)
Responsibilities/Job Description:
Oversees resident centered care
Ensures clinical compliance
Manages nursing department budget
Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
Leads and/or performs coordination of resident care
Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
Qualifications:
Required:
Three to five years previous experience in Assisted Living
Associates Degree
RN Licensure/Registered with the Florida Board of Nursing
AHA (American Heart Association) BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree
