Staffmark is excited to offer a temp-to-hire opportunity for a Dock Worker in East Fishkill, NY! If you're ready to join a growing team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is the opportunity for you.


Requirements: 1 year of warehouse experience


Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM


Pay: $21 per hour


As a Dock Worker, you'll be involved in rework and value-added services, including offloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, and more. You'll accurately stage and sort products for loading, ensuring that all items are correctly placed in racks or designated areas. Additionally, you'll load and unload trailers, electronically scan products using a warehouse management system, and ensure quality control by identifying and removing any damaged products upon receipt. You'll also be responsible for reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, or shipping orders to determine which items need to be moved, gathered, or distributed, all while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring inventory accuracy. Most importantly, you'll be expected to comply with all safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
