We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Family Support Coordinator. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in the organ, eye, and tissue donation process, providing support to grieving families and giving hope to those in need.

What you'll do:

Identify and evaluate potential organ, eye, and tissue donors.
Contact and support donor families during a difficult time.
Explain the donation process and obtain informed consent from families.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to facilitate the donation process.

What you'll bring:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the clinical healthcare field (e.g., LPN, Paramedic, Clinical Health Technician) or related experience in tissue banking.
Minimum of 18 months of experience in a Family Support role within the organ procurement organization (OPO) industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong empathy and compassion for others.
