Job Description

The Executive Director position at a multi-site orthopedic practice in the Northeast US involves reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and overseeing a team of six management and administrative staff members. With indirect supervision of a larger team of approximately 180 individuals, including 35 providers, the Executive Director will coordinate all administrative and operational needs of the clinic. Responsibilities include setting goals for the practice, implementing those goals, providing effective leadership and communication, and working closely with the managed service organization and Physician Board to develop and execute the strategic vision and plan for the organization.The Executive Director will be responsible for fostering a cohesive team and positive work environment within the practice while identifying and modifying standard operating procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Executive Director will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the orthopedic practice, ensuring that goals are met and the organization continues to provide high-quality care to patients.Overall, the Executive Director will be instrumental in leading the practice towards achieving its strategic objectives and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
