The Executive Director will serve as the head leader for the 84-bed assisted living facility (28 Memory Care and 56 Assisted Living). They will work normal business hours but be on call 24/7. They will be responsible for resident/family satisfaction, managing department leaders, facility operations, and financials/budget. This person will need to be someone who is hands on, a relationship builder, and someone who encompasses accountability in order to improve resident satisfaction and facility culture.
