About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. This role will support the business by assisting with reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the company’s financial strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Support management with timely and accurate reporting and insights into company performance.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to align data structures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Help maintain and improve existing reporting decks and dashboards.
• Support the adoption and utilization of BI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with BI tools or data visualization software is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the company’s success.
