Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will provide administrative, planning and creative support to the Marketing team. Under general supervision, they will manage administrative tasks, assist in planning outreach events and seminars, assist in Social Media engagement, and work with the marketing team on production and distribution of marketing collateral. Entry Level Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred or high school diploma and two years' experience in an office-related environment. Must be able to type 45 WPM and be comfortable in all MS Office programs and marketing material creation programs like Adobe, Canva or similar products. Graphic design portfolio showcasing layout and creativity skills in print and digital pieces. Familiarity with ticketing programs such as Eventbrite preferred. Must be detail-oriented, can function in a fast-paced environment, and be customer service oriented. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent design and time-management skills.
