About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Insights to drive growth and support its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be tasked with unlocking growth opportunities by working closely with the company's portfolio companies and founders. This role involves leveraging in-house data warehousing capabilities to create valuable insights, solving complex business problems, and using data to influence stakeholders. The Head of Insights will also be responsible for overseeing research and developing strategic recommendations for the company's portfolio. Key responsibilities for this position include working with portfolio companies to develop data-backed operating strategies, creating a playbook of best operational practices, and fostering collaboration among functional leaders within the portfolio. The role also entails shaping peer groups, leveraging the company's network of senior professionals, and collaborating with leaders and external experts to develop learning opportunities. The Head of Insights will be involved in the investment process, supporting the investment team at the diligence stage, and in portfolio management with select portfolio companies. Travel to the company's focus markets may be required to meet with founders in person.
