HNM Systems provides direct hire, contract to hire, and professional placement to the Telecommunications, Utilities, and IT sectors. HNM also offers turn-key engineering services for the design of outside and inside plant, power utility, and Wi-Fi systems. The telecommunications, utilities, and IT industries are essential to buildout affordable broadband networks and strengthen cybersecurity for decades to come.

Our customer, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiring a Lead ISP Technician for our Louisville, KY Technologies Group. Our Low Voltage Technologies Group is experiencing exciting and rapid new growth. We've added an entire new security product line, as well as secured contracts from internationally known companies. The purpose of this position is to plan and supervise crews working on projects. This includes setting expectations and removing any roadblocks that may impair the team’s success.

Primary Responsibilities:

·Represent the company professionally.

·Establish clear and concise productivity goals and quality expectations for the crews.

·Prepare and review Pre-Construction project documents with the crew before the project start date.

·Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted timely.

·Provide weekly project updates with a two-week lookahead schedule.

·Conduct job site inspections to ensure work meets company and customer expectations, as well as safety standards.

·Ensure all necessary material, equipment, and tools are delivered to the job site on schedule.

·Manage and accurately document all project change orders.

Secondary Responsibilities:

·Develop and strengthen customer relationships.

·Understand the invoicing requirements for each project.

·Ensure that all necessary project closeout documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Qualifications:

·High School Diploma or GED.

·Professional verbal and written communication skills.

·Working knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic cable installation and security.

·Fundamental computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

·Strong team player with a drive for success in the technologies business.

·Above-average knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

·BICSI Technician certification preferred.

·Capable of climbing and working at heights (ladders, poles, lift trucks) and in confined spaces.

·Must meet company minimum driving standards.

Pay Rate & Benefits:

Hourly Rate Range: $30.00 to $32.00 DEO
