Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and self-driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in small law firms. A Paralegal certification is a must. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, confident in client communication, tech-savvy, and thrives in a startup environment with opportunities to take on varied responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal documents for estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Manage immigration casework, including petitions, applications, and client communications. Handle real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing leases, quitclaim and statutory deeds, and purchase and sale agreements. Conduct legal research and compile case information for attorneys. Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage calendars. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and gathering necessary information. Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows. Take ownership of improving office and technology efficiency as needed. Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with the billing coordinator. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards across the firm. Manage vendor relationships and office supplies. Proactively take on new responsibilities and challenges to support firm operations. Why Join Us?
