Empower Patients as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand the needs and strengths of clients
• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups based on research-backed methods
• Work with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans
• Connect clients to vital community resources and advocate for their needs
• Document client progress and interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Engage in team discussions and participate in ongoing professional growth

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• LCSW licensure in good standing
• Experience working with older adults
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Comfort with both independent and team-oriented work
