ob Title – LMS Support Assistant

Location – Fort Wayne, IN 46805

Length of assignment – 9 to 12 months with possible extension.

Pay range – $17.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.

Shift – Monday - Friday – 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM

 

Fort Wayne for the first couple of weeks and then the position will be mostly remote

 

Position Description:

 

  • Provides detailed data entry and technical assistance as requested by the LMS administrator.
  • This includes roster entry, scheduling classes, report generation, responding to co-worker emails, password resets, as well as basic database maintenance.
  • Must become proficient with all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) functionality.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate or other learning authoring tools is preferred.
  • Experience in HR, education or information systems preferred.

 

Education:

  • High school equivalency required.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Must have experience with all of Microsoft Office including Excel.
