Per Diem and Contract Opportunities in the following VA locations: Virginia Beach Norfolk Portsmouth Chesapeake Suffolk Courtland Windsor Newport News Hampton Williamsburg.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

• Covid Vaccine
• 1 year Experience Minimum
• BLSCPR Certification
• Updated PPD ( within 1 year)
• Active RN License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long hours without restrictions.
• Must be able to bend and lift without restrictions.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, bend, lift, stand and walk without restrictions) and mentally but also very rewarding.
• *Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description**
• Continuous evaluation and monitoring of patients for signs of recovery or worsening of their condition
• Changing dressings, starting IV lines and inserting catheters
• Preparing medical equipment and maintaining supplies to be ready for immediate use
• Administering medication as directed by a physician or within the nurses own schedule of drugs
• Accurately reporting on patients progress to the other members of the care team, as well as to families and medical decision-makers
• Assisting doctors with monitoring and with bedside procedures performed in the progressive care unit
