Job Description

LOAN CLOSER NEEDED

I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Closer. As a Loan Closer, you will play a critical role in finalizing loan applications and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. You will work closely with loan officers, borrowers, and other internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan closing process. Responsibilities Review loan applications to ensure all required documentation is present and accurate Coordinate with loan officers and borrowers to gather any missing information or documentation Prepare and review loan closing documents, including promissory notes, deeds of trust, and other legal documents Conduct a thorough review of loan documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Coordinate the signing and notarizing of loan documents with borrowers and notary publics Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any post-closing issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan closing activities Previous experience in mortgage lending or loan closing Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other loan management software Knowledge of loan closing processes and legal requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Please call your Indiana/Ohio based Gpac Recruiter, Brooke Cousino at 605.403.5185 and email a resume to Brooke.Cousino@gogpac.com Excited to speak with you!!!!
