Duties: Handle a high volume of NIW and EB-1 immigration cases. Conduct self-directed research and provide legal advice related to EB-1 and EB-2 petitions. Draft petitions, responses, and legal documentation with a strong emphasis on technical writing. Review and analyze complex immigration cases, ensuring compliance with immigration laws. Work efficiently and independently, maintaining a rigorous intellectual approach to case handling. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling NIW/EB-1 cases. Must have a valid bar license (any state). Proven expertise in immigration law, specifically related to EB-1 and EB-2 cases. Strong research and analytical skills.
