About the Role

RFP/RFI Governance & Solutioning

• Act as the IED SPOC for all customer RFPs/RFIs related to security solutions.
• Lead solutioning by coordinating with SMEs to ensure robust, customer-aligned designs using technologies like Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, Versa, and Palo Alto .
• Develop high-quality responses that align with customer requirements and industry standards.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Act as SPOC for CIS organisations to handle operational answers in SAM requests.
• Oversee the creation of detailed network designs, architecture diagrams , and technical documentation to support customer proposals.
• Collaborate on Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications with experts, ensuring secure and scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance and security standards using platforms like Palo Alto and Fortinet .

Proposal & Bid Management

• Support proposal development , ensuring accurate and timely responses to RFPs with competitive pricing models.
• Work with bid management teams to refine executive summaries and customer value propositions.
• Ensure all submissions comply with IED governance and Orange Business’s financial targets.

Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Support

• Liaise between sales, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to align on solution strategies and priorities.
• Provide pre-sales support for Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate solutions in customer environments.

Market Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest security designs, solutions, features to drive solution enhancements.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously optimize solution designs.
• Contribute to creating standardized proposal templates, reusable assets, and case studies to streamline response processes.

About You

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Network Automation.
• Expert in Python (Scripting/Web), API Development, CI/CD with Docker.
• Expert in DevOps techniques/tools: Ansible, Jira, Git & Terraform.
• Very good Linux experience.
• Good experience in working in Agile and DevOps.
• Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expert with CI/CD Jenkins and GitHub.
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fair knowledge in network and security basics.
• Excellent experience in developing REST API (+ Swagger).

Educational Background:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French is a big plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years related work experience in scripting/automation/NetDevOps.
• At least 1 year in Network automation (Cisco, Fortigate, PaloAlto, etc.).
