Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As a seasoned leader, you’ll be a subject matter expert in production planning and material requirements tools, sharing your knowledge with others in the organization. We’ll rely on you to develop detailed schedules, production plans and capacity plans along with complex bills of material for large programs. The Production Master Scheduler will generate material program plans and coordinate kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives. What you’ll experience: Technologies that aren’t just top-notch, they’re often top-secret A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what’s next Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it’s discovered What you bring to the table: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree Effective risk management skills to identify and implement risk reduction plan Ability to coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering Skilled at complex negotiations with customers and/or suppliers What sets you apart: Strong leadership skills to lead a team to successful conclusions and schedule product effectively to ensure it moves through the factory Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors Subject matter expert in numerous areas pertaining to planning and control of material This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. USD $84,315.00 - USD $96,303.00 /Yr.
