Delivery Manager Role Overview:

Corelight is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead service delivery across our US, Federal, and International markets. The role focuses on optimizing delivery processes to keep pace with our expansion, while refining existing processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure services and training are managed effectively, engagements are consistent, and all delivery aligns with internal practices. Key responsibilities include managing human resources, delivery quality assurance, and providing visibility.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Engagement Oversight: Oversee all booked services and training commitments to ensure delivery execution is timely and consistent, including backlog management and the establishment of lead times.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure resource forecasting, subcontracting, resource allocation and utilization are supportive of current demand.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams for active services and training engagement. Support pre-sales scoping in partnership with the Director of Professional Services. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations (internal and external), and issue resolution.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate risks associated with service delivery at a Series E Company.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all delivered services adhere to the agreed quality standards.
• Federal Governance: Experience with requirements for Federally cleared resources and the general terms and conditions of Federal contracts.
• Budget Management: Control project budgets diligently to prevent cost overruns, particularly when managing our own Profit & Loss (P&L).

Reporting Structure: The Delivery Manager will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in Delivery Management or as a Project Manager with at least 10 concurrent projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Experience developing services and training delivery from Series D through IPO or acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with federal contract stipulations and clearances preferred.
• Budget management experience.
• PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.

Notice of Pay Transparency:
The compensation for this position may vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Depending on the nature and seniority of the role, a percentage of compensation may come in the form of a commission-based or discretionary bonus. Equity and additional benefits will also be awarded.

Compensation Range:
$140,000—$180,000 USD
