RedHawks Summer Internship:

The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working individuals to join our front office team in the 2025 season! This position would work within the promotions department.

Internships can be done for college credit and are paid positions. Housing is available. Positions run from May 2025 to September 2025 (some flexibility for school schedule available).

Promotions Internship Role:

Promotions interns work directly with the Promotions Director to help provide fun fan engagement at games. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited too:

• Preparing the ballpark for each gameday to include set up for any special promotion, theme night, or giveaway happening
• Helping run pregame ceremonies, finding contestants for in-game promotions, and managing pregame timelines
• Following the game timeline for on-field promotions, hyping the crowd, and providing the fan engagement needed for each game
• Helping with community engagement including mascot appearances, player appearance, and kids clubs

Qualifications:

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent follow-through, and have self-starting ability
• Must be able to work nights and weekend and able to commit to the entire RedHawks season
• Must be willing to work extended hours
• Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude
