Are you a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) ready to make a positive impact in a school-based setting? Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy to help students improve functional skills, such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills, within the school environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure cohesive support for students' goals, promoting their development and success in academic and daily activities.
Regularly document and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continual improvement and achievement of therapy goals.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
