At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Chandler, Arizona. 

Compensation: $19.00 / hour Schedule:
Saturday - Wednesday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Wednesday - Sunday 6:00am to 2:00pm

About the job:

Our Officers are the face of both GardaWorld and our client. You will provide a first impression to any/all who you come in contact with and will be expected to project professionalism while embodying all stakeholders' core values. 

All officers for this site:

• must provide exceptional customer service to employees & visitors
• must assist Supervisor to ensure compliance with all policies & procedures is met
• must enforce safety, health, and security priorities
• must be able to patrol interior & exterior of property
• write reports pertaining to equipment, property, personnel, and irregular occurrences
• notify rule violators of infractions & apprehend/evict any violators from premises
• escort employees or vendors through property and assist in emergency situations

Lobby Officer - Post is primarily at/not limited to the lobby of the facility. You will be liaisons with other site sectors and will physically manage access control to the premises. Our lobby officer will verify visitor/employee identification, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor log, monitor CCTV cameras, respond to suspicious activity, assist with any inquiries, log incoming packages while coordinating their delivery. This position will heavily be operated with professionalism and will require excellent customer service skills.

Patrol Officer - Will issue exterior/interior site patrol of property, must be able/willing to drive patrol vehicle in accordance to safety regulations and in accordance to the law, document noteworthy activity, able to de-escalate situations, assist transients and unwanted individuals through the property, respond to incidents and emergency situations in timely fashion.

Your background:

• ACTIVE Arizona guard card
• 1-2 year of security guard experience (minimum)
• 21 years of age (preferred) 
• High School/ GED completion
• must ace (pass) background check & drug screen
• must have a valid driver's license clean MVR
• exceptional customer service/ interpersonal skills
• intermediate computer literacy
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
