As a Senior Billing Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations for high-profile clients. Working closely with leadership, you will manage billing processes, maintain compliance, and provide critical financial insights, all while driving seamless client delivery and optimizing working capital metrics.

• Collaborate with partners to prepare and finalize billing forecasts and invoices.
• Monitor and resolve working capital metrics proactively to ensure financial health.
• Ensure billing aligns with client agreements and complies with legal and tax regulations.
• Oversee financial processes, including time transfers, write-offs, and disbursement tracking.
• Build strong relationships with partners and matter managers to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communicator who fosters trust and collaboration across teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with financial systems such as Aderant Expert and 3E is highly preferred, ensuring seamless navigation of complex billing platforms.
