Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

Schedule : Fully onsite, in office Monday-Thursday

Compensation : $75K-$110K base (depending on experience ) + 20% target bonus

Position Overview :

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to support their finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate with strong financial modeling, analysis, and presentation skills to develop within a growing, dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and M&A modeling, including scenario analysis of critical assumptions.
• Assist in the execution of financing transactions, quarterly earnings reports, and investor relations presentations.
• Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Perform industry and competitive analysis, particularly within power, renewable, and commodity markets.
• Work closely with internal teams and executives to provide insights into financial performance and strategic decisions.
• Draft memorandum for internal and external use.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance (investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance).
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex data clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
