This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our awesome design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus.  

As a  Senior UX Designer , you will help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You’ll focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You’ll be responsible for creating and championing highly usable experience and bringing the highest level of craft to your work.

Preferred qualifications:  

\n
• \n

  Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 4+ years of experience in product design.

• \n

  Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.  

  \n
\n
• \n

  Excellent written and verbal communication.  

  \n
