Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Utilize various platforms for applicant tracking and management.
• Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and build relationships with prospective talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
• Support executive recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates for senior-level positions.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in staffing or recruitment coordination
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of talent management principles and succession planning strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in cold calling techniques and building rapport with potential candidates.
