Job Summary:
The Title/Reg Clerk at Whaling City Auto Group plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, as well as maintaining accurate and organized records for the dealership. This individual will be responsible for processing all title and registration paperwork for vehicle sales, as well as maintaining communication with customers, lenders, and state agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Process all title and registration paperwork for vehicle sales, including coordinating with the sales team, lenders, and state agencies
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all title and registration paperwork
- Maintain communication with customers regarding necessary documents and timelines
- Prepare and submit all necessary documents for title and registration transfers and renewals
- Work closely with state agencies to resolve any title or registration issues or discrepancies
- Keep accurate and organized records of all titles and registrations for the dealership
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to title and registration processes
- Maintain knowledge of current laws and regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with state and federal laws and regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
