We have an opening for a Team Class A CDL Truck Driver and wewant the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Grovetown, GA

$2625 or more per week per driver - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Team Miles Pay: $0.46 per Mile with 5400 Miles per Week per Driver
• Team Stops Pay: $19.38 per Stop with 1 Stop per Week per Driver
• Hub mileage
• Per Diem Pay: $30.00 per night with 4 nights per Week per Driver
• Safety Bonus: Pays Each Driver $250 Every Quarter
• Paid Training
• Looking for Solo Drivers Willing to Team OR Current Team
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Dedicated Run - Out 4 Days and Home for 3 Nights
• Sign on Bonus: $5000 Sign On Bonus paid $2500 within 30 days and $2500 after 90 days

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

• Deliver As A TEAM To Alberta Canada
• Must meet requirements to enter Canada with a Passport
• Route: Home for 3 Nights Every Week
• Tractor Type: Assigned Condo Sleeper
• Trailer Type: Covered Wagon Flatbed
• 6 months Flatbed experience REQUIRED
• Freight: Driver assisted Unload
• Freight: Load Securement – Chains and Binders

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
