We are actively seeking a highly motivated Entry-Leval Workers' Compensation Attorney to become a valuable member of our legal team at our Aurora, IL office. If you are passionate about representing clients in workers' compensation cases and guiding them through the claims process, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to evaluate the merits of workers' compensation claims. Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, appeals, and motions. Negotiate settlements and adeptly represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations. Provide expert advice to clients on their rights, benefits, and legal options in relation to workers' compensation. Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy. Qualifications: Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Maintain an active bar membership in IL Some experience is a plus but this is an entry-level position. WILL TRAIN! Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Dedicate yourself to delivering compassionate and effective legal representation to clients.
