The Position:
The IT service delivery manager oversees the delivery of IT services to AHG end users. They ensure that services are delivered efficiently and meet customer expectations. They also work to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Service level agreements: Negotiate service level requirements with customers
Service delivery issues: Diagnose problems and take action to improve service levels
Service delivery processes: Establish and maintain procedures and facilities
Service delivery performance: Monitor and manage service delivery performance
Service delivery improvement: Analyze processes and create strategies to improve service delivery
Service delivery communication: Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve incidents and review performance
Service delivery collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders
Service delivery alignment: Ensure IT operations align with business objectives
Service delivery alignment: Ensure IT operations align with business objectives, and project management
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Information Technology or related field.
Strong technical knowledge
Project management skills
Experience developing and implementing solutions for issues that arise during projects.
Understanding of IT service management frameworks
Strong Change Management background
3+yrs Healthcare IT experience
ITSM Certification
ITIL Certification is a plus
