🔧 Position Overview This role oversees all mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a union team focused on maintaining top operating conditions while managing within defined budgets.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams in a large-scale manufacturing environment, overseeing mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery
• Develop and execute essential training programs for plant mechanics and electricians
• Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance operations while ensuring equipment uptime
• Implement and enforce safety procedures, maintaining a secure working environment
• Supervise maintenance labor and expense budgets
• Execute plant improvement projects and drive operational excellence initiatives

📋 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in high-output manufacturing or packaging operations
• Previous experience working in a union environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work 3rd shift and maintain flexible scheduling including weekends
• Manufacturing maintenance supervision experience required

💼 Additional Experience (Preferred)

• Experience with Allen Bradley electrical equipment, PLCs, panel drives, and controls
• Engineering background or knowledge
• Previous beverage or food manufacturing experience
