Northside Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing physician compensation, driving practice profitability, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing physician compensation models and improving practice efficiency.
• Develop and manage physician compensation reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments while optimizing financial performance.
• Analyze practice profitability, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance financial sustainability.
• Construct and manage pro forma financial statements to support strategic initiatives, practice expansions, and financial forecasting.
• Mentor and guide junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in corporate finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to various stakeholders.
