As a Title Clerk at McCluskey Chevrolet, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Processing MSOs (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and Titles of new and pre-owned vehicles to the Title Department
  • Handling license plate issues and transfers efficiently and accurately
  • Submitting all required information to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing
  • Completing any additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a self-starter who meets the following qualifications:
  • A high school education or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience with automotive titles
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime
